Easy Seared Tuna

  • 1 filet Lean tuna (sashimi grade)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 clove Garlic (sliced)
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 Sprouts (if you have some)

Directions

    Sear the tuna filet in a frying pan, 1 minute on the first side, 30 seconds on the other over medium heat.

    Slice the tuna into 7 mm, then top the slices on a bed of lettuce.

    Put the butter and garlic in the pan that you cooked the tuna and saute until fragrant.

    Finally, drizzle in the soy sauce.

    Lightly simmer, then pour all over the tuna to finish!
