- 5 cup Stale bread cubed
- 2 cup Sugar
- 2 1/4 cup Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 1 tbsp Butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350

2Pour milk over bread cubes and allow the bread to absorb the milk

3In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until blended and smooth.

4Add cinnamon and vanilla to mixture and stir.

5Stir in raisins (egg mixture will be thick)

6Using the back of a spoon, mash the bread cubes until the mixture is crumbly.

7Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture and stir well

8Coat a 9 x 13 cake pan with butter, then add batter to pan and bake on 350 for 1hr or until golden brown.
