  • 150 grams Pasta
  • 60 grams Mentaiko
  • 3 stalk Green onions
  • 3 leaves Shiso leaves
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 dash Pepper
  • 1 to garnish Daikon radish sprouts

    Remove the mentaiko from the membrane using a spoon.

    Cut the green onion and shiso leaves finely and mix with the mentaiko and seasonings.

    Cook the pasta with salt and drain well.

    Mix well with the sauce from Step 2.

    Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with daikon radish sprouts.

    Sprinkle with shredded nori seaweed if you like.
