Easy Spicy 'Mentaiko' Cod Roe Pasta

- 150 grams Pasta
- 60 grams Mentaiko
- 3 stalk Green onions
- 3 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 to garnish Daikon radish sprouts
Directions

1Remove the mentaiko from the membrane using a spoon.

2Cut the green onion and shiso leaves finely and mix with the mentaiko and seasonings.

3Cook the pasta with salt and drain well.

4Mix well with the sauce from Step 2.

5Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with daikon radish sprouts.

6Sprinkle with shredded nori seaweed if you like.
