Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 2 or 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cans cream soup (use 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of celery)

Directions

    Layer onion in bottom of Dutch oven or crock-pot; then layer stew meat, potatoes and carrots.

    Pour soups on meat and vegetables.

    Do not mix.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours or low in crock-pot for 6 to 8 hours.

    Stir to mix gravy and serve. You may add any vegetable you choose.
