Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 2 or 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 cans cream soup (use 1 can cream of chicken and 1 can cream of celery)
Directions

1Layer onion in bottom of Dutch oven or crock-pot; then layer stew meat, potatoes and carrots.

2Pour soups on meat and vegetables.

3Do not mix.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours or low in crock-pot for 6 to 8 hours.

5Stir to mix gravy and serve. You may add any vegetable you choose.
