  • 1 cup water
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons corn starch
  • 1 sugar free strawberry gelatin 4 serving size pkg.
  • 1 quart strawberries washed and hulled

Directions

    Place water in a 1 quart micro-proof measure.

    Stir in sugar and corn starch.

    Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until boiling.

    Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

    Pour over berries in large bowl and toss together gently.

    Turn into baked pie shell.

    Chill several hours until set.
