- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3 egg yolks
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together.

2Divide into 2 balls; chill, covered, in plastic wrap, 2 to 3 hours.

3Make 2 strudels.

4Roll out each part as thin as pie crust on floured surface into a rectangle.

5Spread half of filling on dough.

6Roll up as in a jelly roll.

7Do the same with other half.

8Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 30 minutes.

9Cool.

10When serving, cut and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
