Easy Stuffed Mushrooms

- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms and stems
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 lb. sausage
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Carefully remove stems from mushrooms and chop.

3In a large skillet, brown sausage and stems together.

4When sausage is done, add cream cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.

5Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms so that its heaping over the top.

6Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the mushrooms reach a dark gray in color and are soft and juicy.

7Serve warm.
