Easy Stuffed Peppers

- 4 medium green peppers
- 2 c. ground beef
- 3/4 c. rice or soft bread cubes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Clean peppers and steam shells for about 5 minutes.

2Combine remaining ingredients, using only 1/2 can of soup.

3Mix well. Fill peppers with stuffing.

4Place in shallow baking pan and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

5Remove from oven and pour remaining soup over peppers.

6Return to oven and continue baking for 15 minutes.
