- 10 large uncooked shrimp (1/2 lb./225 g), peeled, deveined Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 6 Ritz Crackers, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
Directions

1Heat oven to 400F.

2Toss shrimp with 2 Tbsp.

3dressing; refrigerate 10 min.

4Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing with remaining ingredients.

5Drain shrimp; discard dressing.

6Partially split each shrimp lengthwise by making long cut along underside of each shrimp, being carefully to not cut all of the way through shrimp.

7Open shrimp slightly; place, cut-sides up, in single layer in shallow baking dish.

8Top each with about 1 Tbsp.

9stuffing mixture.

10Bake 7 to 8 min.
