  • 10 large uncooked shrimp (1/2 lb./225 g), peeled, deveined Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
  • 3 Tbsp. Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
  • 6 Ritz Crackers, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Toss shrimp with 2 Tbsp.

    dressing; refrigerate 10 min.

    Meanwhile, mix remaining dressing with remaining ingredients.

    Drain shrimp; discard dressing.

    Partially split each shrimp lengthwise by making long cut along underside of each shrimp, being carefully to not cut all of the way through shrimp.

    Open shrimp slightly; place, cut-sides up, in single layer in shallow baking dish.

    Top each with about 1 Tbsp.

    stuffing mixture.

    Bake 7 to 8 min.
