  • 2 cups fresh lima beans
  • 4 cups fresh corn, cut from cob
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • margarine
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook beans in boiling salted water approximately 15 minutes or until almost tender; drain.

    Add corn, butter, whipping cream, salt and pepper; mix well.

    Cook over low heat, stirring often, for 7 to 10 minutes or until corn is done.
