  • 6 quarts popped corn
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 12 cup corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

    Bring sugar, butter, syrup, and salt to a boil.

    Boil for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add baking soda.

    Stir well and add peanuts.

    Pour onto two large cookie sheets and bake for 1 hour at 200 degrees, stirring every 15 minutes.
