- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (.31 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
- 16 oz. can refried beans
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 c. shredded lettuce
- 1 c. chopped tomatoes
- taco sauce
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Brown meat and onions; drain.

3Stir in taco seasoning mix, beans and tomato sauce.

4Simmer 5 minutes.

5Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles.

6Place in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan; press over bottom and 1-inch up sides to form crust.

7Brush dough with oil; sprinkle with cornmeal.

8Spoon hot meat mixture over crust.

9Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.

10Sprinkle with cheese.

11Return to oven until cheese is melted.

12Cut into squares.

13Top with lettuce, tomatoes and taco sauce.
