- 2 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup milk
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients, cut in margarine until crumbly.

2Add 1/2 cup of milk then mix, add the last 1/4 as needed. Dough should be wet, but not sticky.

3Roll into roughly 5cm (2 inch) balls. Flatten slightly and stack them 2 high.

4Oven 425, cook 10-12 min or until slightly golden.
