  • 50 ml Soy sauce
  • 50 ml Mirin
  • 200 ml Water
  • 3 grams Bonito flakes
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Grated daikon radish
  • 1 Grated ginger

Directions

    Put all the ingredients except for into a pot and bring to a boil.

    Turn off the heat and strain through a strainer or some gauze.

    Add the ingredients to taste and enjoy with some tempura!
