Easy Three Day Sweet Pickles

- 1 gal. sour whole pickles
- 9 c. sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. pickling spice
- 2 Tbsp. allspice
- 4 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
Directions

1Pour juice off of pickles and discard.

2Fill jar with cold water and let stand for 2 hours.

3Drain and discard water.

4Cut pickles into 1/2-inch slices and return to gallon jar.

5Cover with sugar, garlic, spices and vinegar; seal.

6Let stand for 3 days, turning jar upside-down and right side up from time to time. Store in a cool place.
