  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 lb. broccoli
  • 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 purple onion
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Break cauliflower and broccoli into small flowerets.
