  • 4 tilapia fillets (1 lb.)
  • 1 small yellow squash, finely chopped
  • 1 cup roasted red pepper strips, halved
  • 1/4 cup quartered pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Tomato Basil Vinaigrette Dressing
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

Directions

    Cook fish in large deep skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 2 min.

    on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.

    Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

    Combine all remaining ingredients except cheese and basil in skillet.

    Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
