Easy Toffee Bars

- 15 graham crackers (2 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch)
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. oleo
- 6 oz. pkg. (1 c.) milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Line 13 x 9-inch pan with foil; grease foil with butter.

3Arrange graham crackers in prepared pan. (Some crackers may need to be broken apart in order to cover entire bottom of pan.)

4In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar and butter; bring to a boil.

5Remove from heat; pour over graham crackers.

6Bake at 400° for 5 minutes.

7Remove from oven; immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips.

8When chips are soft, sprinkle with nuts.

9Chill about 30 minutes until chocolate is set.

10Cut into bars or break into pieces.

11Makes 24 bars.
