- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup bread flour
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 water
Directions

1Combine cornmeal, salt and flour in bowl.

2Stir in egg and water until smooth.

3Heat lightly greased 6-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.

4Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons batter into hot pan.

5Turn and twist immediately to cover bottom of pan.

6Cook 30 seconds, then flip and cook other side.

7Do not brown tortilla.

8Layer cooked tortilla with paper towels.
