  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 heaping tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 Katakuriko
  • 1 Butter

    Thinly slice the garlic and mix together with the seasoning ingredients.

    Lightly salt and pepper the tuna and coat in the katakuriko.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, and cook the tuna.

    Once cooked, add the seasonings, coat the steak, and enjoy!
