- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 quart canola oil
Directions
