Easy Vegetable Lasagne

- 1 pkg. cut lasagne noodle pieces
- 1 large jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 can black olives, drained
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 1/2 oz. mushrooms, drained
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Cook lasagne noodles as package directs.

2Saute celery, green pepper, onion and mushrooms in small amount of water.

3Mix vegetables and olives with sauce.

4Put half drained noodles in 13 x 9-inch casserole.

5Add half vegetable-sauce mixture.

6Add cottage cheese by spoonfuls to casserole.

7Add remainder of noodles.

8Top with remaining sauce.

9Sprinkle cheese on top.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.

11Serves 10 to 12.
