- chicken bouillon cubes
- water
- any leftover vegetables in your refrigerator (carrots, potatoes, celery, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, etc.)
- 2 small cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Follow directions on chicken bouillon package to determine how many cups of water to add per bouillon cube.

2Prepare bouillon and water in a large pot.

3Coarsely chop the vegetables and put them in the water along with the tomato sauce.

4Bring to a boil and let simmer for about an hour.

5If adding potatoes, add them in for about the last 20 minutes.
