  • 2 (15 ounce) cans cooked wild rice, drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can straw mushrooms, drained and halved
  • 1 (4 ounce) can button mushrooms, drained
  • 12 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons thyme, dried

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish and cover.
