Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 1/2 c. lukewarm buttermilk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 1/2 c. plain flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water; add milk, sugar, oil and salt.

2Sift and gradually add the flour and soda to the yeast mixture.

3Mix well.

4Let stand about 10 minutes.

5Roll out and shape into rolls. Let rise until double in size, about 1 hour.

6Bake at 400° or 425° until rolls are brown

7on top.
