Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. self-rising flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Mix butter, milk, sugar and oil.

3Put yeast into this mixture.

4Add enough flour to make a stiff dough.

5Pour dough onto floured board.

6Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness and cut out rolls with round cutter.

7Place rolls in buttered dish and let rise 1 hour, but not more than 3 hours.

8Bake at 425° until golden brown.

9Makes 2 dozen rolls.
