- 60 g Mexican chorizo, casing removed
- 4 Kraft Singles Cheese Slices
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 tortilla chips
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 plum tomato, cut into 8 slices

1Heat barbecue to medium heat.

2Mix ground beef and chorizo just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

5Add buns, cut sides down, to barbecue.
