  • 7 small tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 small bell peppers
  • hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 medium onions (substitute bunch of green onions)
  • 4 to 5 sprigs cilantro
  • 2 to 3 small bell peppers
  • lemon juice

Directions

    Blend in blender the first 6 ingredients.

    Chop and add to mixture the remaining ingredients.

    Squeeze in lemon juice to taste.
  4. 4
    Add 2 to 4 drops of hot pepper sauce for zest.
