- 1 lb ground beef
- 16 ounces penne rigate
- 1 medium onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (4 ounce) cansliced mushrooms
- 1 (4 1/4 ounce) canchopped black olives
- 2 cups parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Directions

1Start 4 qt of water boiling in large pot (6 qt or bigger).

2In 4.5qt Pot over medium heat.

3Combine Tomatos, Sauce, Drained Mushrooms and Olives.

4Chop onion and garlic.

5Brown the meat with the onion and garlic.

6Season with chili powder and italian seasoning.

7Start the pasta once the water is boiling.

8Stir the cheese into the sauce, the stir in the meat.

9Keep in Med-Low heat until pasta is done.

10Drain pasta and immediately combine pasta and sauce back in the large pot the pasta was cooked inches.
