- 1 cup Edamame, Shelled
- 1 cup Avocado, diced
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- 1 cup Tomatoes, Finely Diced
- 1 cup Red Onion, Finely Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Finely Diced
- 1 Huge Handful Of Cilantro, Roughly Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Cook the edamame according to package directions.

2Add the avocado, edamame, lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper to a small food processor.

3Pulse until combined and a desirable consistency.

4Scoop mixture into a container.

5Add the tomato, onions, jalapeno, and cilantro to the container.

6Stir to combine the rest of the ingredients.

7Taste and season if needed.
