- 8 oz. shredded Jack cheese
- 1/4 c. butter, melted and cooled
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 small can diced chilies
Directions

1Beat eggs, cottage cheese and butter.

2Add flour, baking powder and salt; beat well, then add cheese and chilies.

3Beat again and pour into an 8-inch buttered square pan.

4Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until edges are light brown and center firm. This recipe can be doubled in a 9 x 13-inch pan, but will take longer to bake.
