- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 2 c. finely diced ham
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 pt. small cottage cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Melt oleo, put half in 9 x 13-inch dish.

3Sift flour and baking powder.

4Beat eggs; season with salt and pepper.

5Add ham, cheese, flour mixture and other half of oleo.

6Mix, pour into dish, bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 350°, bake 30 minutes longer or until puffy and light golden brown.

8Can be mixed and stored in refrigerator until ready to be baked.

9Can also be baked and frozen.
