  • 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 2 c. finely diced ham
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 pt. small cottage cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Melt oleo, put half in 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Sift flour and baking powder.

    Beat eggs; season with salt and pepper.

    Add ham, cheese, flour mixture and other half of oleo.

    Mix, pour into dish, bake at 400° for 15 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350°, bake 30 minutes longer or until puffy and light golden brown.

    Can be mixed and stored in refrigerator until ready to be baked.

    Can also be baked and frozen.
