Egg/Bacon Bake Recipe

- 1 pound bacon, fried & crumbled
- 8 to 10 slices white bread, crusts removed
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 doz. Large eggs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions

1After frying bacon, grease a 9 x 13 inch pan with oil.

2Arrange bread to create single layer covering bottom of pan.

3Next layer is bacon; then sprinkle cheese.

4Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper.

5Pour over everything.

6Cover and chill overnight.
-
7Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour (uncovered).

8Don't overcook.
-
9Serves 10 to 12.
