- 1/2-inch thick round steaks
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 large onion
- 1 sweet pepper
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Sear steak on both sides real good after rolling it in flour. Put steak in roaster or large casserole.

2Put onions, peppers, butter, salt, sugar and soup over top of steak.

3Pour enough boiling water on this to cover.

4Cover roaster and bake slowly at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

5Serve hot.
