- 8 slices bread, cubed
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- ham cubes, crumbled
- bacon or sausage
- 4 oz. mushrooms
Directions

1Line greased 9 x 13-inch pan with bread cubes.

2Pour melted margarine over cubes.

3Beat milk, salt, mustard and eggs until fluffy.

4Add cheese, meat and mushrooms.

5Pour over bread. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 325°.

6Remove and let set for 10 minutes.
