Egg Burjee!

Ingredients

  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1/2 whole Red Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 whole Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 whole Green Chili Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 pinch Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt

Directions

    Put a small skillet on the stove. Add in oil. Sprinkle some mustard seeds and allow them to pop. Then add in turmeric powder and red chilli powder; stir. Throw in the chopped green chili, then throw in the onion and fry until onion turns golden.

    Now throw in tomato and let it saute for a minute or two. Crack in both the eggs one at a time onto the skillet mixture and quickly give them a thorough stir. Do not allow eggs to settle in there. Add salt for taste. Keep on stirring the mixture until it gets completely dry and eggs are cooked.

    Eat the eggs with the bread of your choice.
