  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 clove garlic
  • olive oil
  • 6 pieces bread (buttered with either butter or margarine)
  • 6 eggs
  • milk (as much as you would like; to fluff eggs)
