- 1 doz. eggs
- 1 lb. bacon
- 1 pt. half and half
- 1 jar mushrooms (optional)
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag Ore Ida Tater Tots
Directions

1Mix 3/4 cup half and half with the dozen eggs; stir until smooth.

2Set aside.

3Mix 2/3 cup half and half with the can of soup; set aside.

4Fry bacon and cool; drain.

5Scramble egg mixture until light and fluffy.

6Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

7Crumble bacon on top.

8Layer mushrooms.

9Sprinkle cheese on top.

10Pour soup mixture over all and place the Tater Tots on top.

11Can refrigerate overnight.

12Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or 45 to 50 minutes if taken out of the refrigerator.
