  • 1 doz. eggs
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 jar mushrooms (optional)
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 bag Ore Ida Tater Tots

Directions

    Mix 3/4 cup half and half with the dozen eggs; stir until smooth.

    Set aside.

    Mix 2/3 cup half and half with the can of soup; set aside.

    Fry bacon and cool; drain.

    Scramble egg mixture until light and fluffy.

    Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Crumble bacon on top.

    Layer mushrooms.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Pour soup mixture over all and place the Tater Tots on top.

    Can refrigerate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or 45 to 50 minutes if taken out of the refrigerator.
