- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Brown sausage; crumble bread in bottom of baking dish.

2Beat other ingredients together; pour over bread and sausage.

3Put grated cheese on top of mixture.
