  • 1 lb. browned ground sausage, bacon or ham
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. bread (approximately 5 slices), cut up

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Combine eggs, milk, mustard, salt and cheese.

    Pour over bread and meat in pan.
