  • 8 slices white bread, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2/3 cup ripe olives, sliced
  • 4 cups milk
  • optional - mushrooms/zucchini

Directions

    Butter an 8x13 baking pan. Alternate bread, cheese and olives. Beat eggs and combine with dry mustard and milk. Pour over bread/cheese layer. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight. Can also be frozen at this point. Bake @ 350f for one hour.
