- 8 slices white bread, cubed
- 1/2 lb. jack cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 2/3 cup ripe olives, sliced
- 4 cups milk
- optional - mushrooms/zucchini
Directions

1Butter an 8x13 baking pan. Alternate bread, cheese and olives. Beat eggs and combine with dry mustard and milk. Pour over bread/cheese layer. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight. Can also be frozen at this point. Bake @ 350f for one hour.
