  • 2 1/2 c. croutons or hash browns
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage, ham or bacon, cooked
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 1/4 c. milk
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Spread croutons or hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan (greased). Put on top cheese (1 1/2 cups; reserve 1/2 cup for top) and then browned meat.

    Beat eggs; add milk and dry mustard.

    Pour over meat; put in fridge overnight.

    Then put soup, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cheese on top.

    Freeze or bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour.
