- 2 1/2 c. croutons or hash browns
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. sausage, ham or bacon, cooked
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Spread croutons or hash browns in a 9 x 13-inch pan (greased). Put on top cheese (1 1/2 cups; reserve 1/2 cup for top) and then browned meat.

2Beat eggs; add milk and dry mustard.

3Pour over meat; put in fridge overnight.

4Then put soup, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 cup cheese on top.

5Freeze or bake in oven at 350° for 1 hour.
