Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. cheddar or American cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except bacon and 1/2 c. cheese.

    Bake in baking dish at 350° for 25 - 30 minutes.

    Cover with remaining cheese and cooked bacon.

    Return to oven until cheese is melted. Let stand a few minutes before cutting.

    Serve with biscuits or toast.
