- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1 tall can evaporated milk
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart, buttered casserole and refrigerate overnight.

2Cook for 30 to 45 minutes at 325°.

3If desired, you may add onion, sausage, peppers, tomatoes, etc. (cooked).

4Great for a crowd for breakfast.
