  • 9 eggs
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. taco sauce
  • 6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 6 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 6 oz. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Put eggs and sour cream in blender until well mixed.

    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased glass pan and bake at 350° for 6 to 10 minutes or until set.

    Brown sausage, add salt, pepper and onion.

    Drizzle taco sauce over eggs.

    Cover eggs with sausage and cheeses.

    Heat in oven until cheese is melted through.
