  • 8 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3 to 4 c. croutons
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. bacon

Directions

    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Melt margarine in casserole dish.

    Brown bacon and chop in blender.

    Add croutons to margarine (cups according to dryness desired).

    Pour egg mixture over croutons.

    Add cheese.

    Sprinkle on bacon.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
