- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 to 4 c. croutons
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. bacon
Directions

1Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.

2Melt margarine in casserole dish.

3Brown bacon and chop in blender.

4Add croutons to margarine (cups according to dryness desired).

5Pour egg mixture over croutons.

6Add cheese.

7Sprinkle on bacon.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
