Quick Pickled Peaches

  • 2 (29 oz.) cans peach halves
  • 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. whole cloves

Directions

    Drain syrup from peaches. Combine syrup with sugar, vinegar, cinnamon and cloves.

    Let come to a boil.

    Simmer 5 minutes.

    Pour over peach halves and let stand overnight in refrigerator.
