- 2 qt. whole milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 qt. sour cream
Directions

1Heat milk to scalding.

2Beat eggs slightly; add salt, sour cream and sugar and mix well together.

3Add it, all at one time, to the boiling milk.

4Let all this come to a slow boil until the whey comes, or until the cheese has separated from the whey. Remove from heat and remove the cheese to a dish.

5Drain the cheese by placing it in a colander to drain.

6After it is cooled, serve in individual dishes with sugar and cinnamon on top.

7Serve on lefse, homemade bread or rolls.
