- 8 slices stale bread (trimmed and cubed)
- 1 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
- 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 1/4 c. milk
- 1 (14 oz.) can drained mushrooms
- 4 eggs
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. powdered mustard
Directions

1Place cubed bread in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add cheese. Add layer of sausage.

2Then pour mixture of milk, soup and eggs over sausage.

3Put in refrigerator overnight.

4Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.

5Bake 1 hour at 325°.
