  • 5 eggs well beaten
  • 2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • vanilla
  • nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch

Directions

    Beat eggs.

    Heat sweet milk and margarine, hot, but not boiled.

    Put sugar in eggs.

    Add vanilla, nutmeg and cornstarch. Mix with milk.

    Bake 7 minutes at 450°, then lower to 250° and bake 10 minutes.
